Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to select cities across Canada. You can check if we service your area by entering your postal code on our delivery coverage map.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are designed to stay fresh in your refrigerator for up to 5 days from the date of delivery, thanks to our farm-to-table supply chain.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Yes, our service is fully flexible. You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, provided it is done before the weekly order cutoff.
What should I do with the delivery packaging?
Our boxes and thermal liners are 100% recyclable. We encourage you to dispose of them in your local blue bin or repurpose them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What if there is an issue with my order?
